The 2010 Restorative Medicine Conference consists of 2 Tracks and Outdoor Classes that will be running concurrently over the 4 day conference. Participants are welcome to choose freely from lectures in any session.

• Early Bird Discount Price: $350 - Deadline for Early Bird Registration is August 20, 2010.
• Regular Conference Registration Price: $450
• Conference Proceedings: $50 (optional) - Conference Proceedings which include copies of all presentation handouts and slides will be offered free as an online PDF that attendees can download and print themselves prior to the conference.  To purchase a printed book please add $50 when you register. (Printed spiral bound copies will only be available to participants who purchase them by September 24th.)
• CME Certificates: $75 (optional) - Required ONLY for MDs and DOs wanting to receive Category 1 CME credits. CME certificates are NOT required for NDs, DCs, and LAcs. All NDs, DCs and LAcs will receive a letter of proof of conference attendance that can be used for CEU credits.

Please note: Snacks and beverages are provided at the conference facility. An optional meal is available for conference attendees by contacting the Red Cliffs Lodge directly. Conference registration fee do not cover meals or accommodations.

Cancellation / Refund Policy: If notification is done 30 days or more before the conference, full refund available. Within 30 days or less, full credit toward future conference or $50 cancellation fee.
