Red Cliffs Lodge is minutes away from the natural beauty that mother nature so graciously supplies. We highly recommend that while in Moab Utah you visit one or all of these gorgeous National Parks. Whether Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park or Mesa Verde National Park, these phenomenal marks of nature are a must see. The Red Cliffs Lodge is centrally located in proximity to many of Utah's State Parks. Dead Horse Point, Goblin Valley State Park and Famous Goosenecks State Park are all within minutes of Red Cliffs Lodge.

Horseback Riding

There's no better way to travel the rugged landscape of Moab than on horseback. Enjoy a half-day scenic ride on Castle Creek trail, a winding path of hills and gorgeous scenery. Points of interest include Adobe Mesa, Round Mountain, Castle Rock and Priest and the Nuns.

Scenic Flight

Moab, Utah is a treasure trove of natural wonders and scenic beauty - much of it inaccessible by car. You can experience all Moab has to offer with a one-hour air tour of Canyonlands National Park. After leaving the airport, you'll enter Canyonlands over Island in the Sky, featuring a unique view of Upheaval Dome, Dead Horse Point State Park, the Colorado and Green Rivers and Monitor and Merrimac buttes.

 

 

 

 

Dinner & Light Show

Enjoy Moab at a more leisurely pace by spending an evening with Canyonlands by Night. After the pleasure of a scrumptious chuck wagon dinner prepared dutch oven style, you'll board a large jet boat for the next 2 hours. An amazing light show on the Colorado River is interspersed with amazing facts about the history of the area.

18 Holes Of Golf

Test your skills on one of the most beautiful golf courses in all of Utah. This 18-hole course is well-known for its dramatic scenery of red rocks and challenging course design. Open year round (weather permitting).

Jet Boat And 4x4 Combo

Begin the day exploring the calm river winding through spectacular, remote canyons of exquisite beauty. Special sights include a petrified forest, fossil beds, rock cliffs, Indian ruins, arches and much more. With abundant wildlife visiting the banks of the river, this is truly a photographer's getaway. The trip ends with a 4x4 off-road adventure through the backcountry of Dead Horse Point State Park and Gemini Bridges.

Fiery Furnace Hike in Arches National Park

Wander through some of the most unique rock formations Arches has to offer. The Fiery Furnace in Arches National Park is a labyrinth of narrow sandstone canyons and fins. This relatively small area is one of the most incredible and spectacular places in the park. Because this area is not a marked trail, the Arches National Park requires that you sign up for a ranger-guided tour.

 

 

 

Mountain Bike Tour

Moab attracts mountain bike enthusiasts from around the globe, all drawn to the beautiful scenery and challenging trail rides that crisscross our rugged terrain. Trail options include the 15-mile, figure 8 loop Monitor and Merrimac Trail ride. Located north of Moab, this ride leads past dinosaur remains and around massive Courthouse Rock, then across a sandy stretch to the towering buttes called Monitor and Merrimac. You can ride around the monoliths on slickrock then return a different way. Or choose the Fisher Towers area where you'll be rewarded with a sweeping view of the towers, Castle Rock, the cliff enclosed Richardson Amphitheater, and the Colorado River. Half-day and full-day tours are available with a knowledgeable tour guide.

 

White Water Rafting

Tackle the Colorado River head on with our fun-filled white water rafting trips. Calm, relaxing stretches of water suddenly plunge into exhilarating Class II and III churning swirls of white water rapids. Enjoy a cool swim among the breathtaking red rock canyons and capture snapshots of the river's spectacular views. Choose from full day or morning/afternoon half-day river trips.

Hummer Tour

Experience "Hell's Revenge" firsthand, a scenic slick rock trail featuring vistas that sweep full circle from the La Sal Mountains through Arches National Park to the cliff rims that overlook Moab Valley. The nearby country is an amazing stretch of bare sandstone with clefts and canyons, including the Colorado River canyon. This tour accommodates all adventure levels. Choose from a 2-hour or 4-hour trip.
