CME certificates are required ONLY for MDs and DOs in order to receive Category 1 CME credits. CME certificates are NOT required for NDs, DCs, and LAcs. All NDs, DCs and LAcs will receive a letter of proof of conference attendance that can be used for CEU credits.

* Snacks and beverages are provided at the conference facility. All meals are available only in town, about a 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk. Conference registration does not cover meals or accommodations.
