Session One (level 1)

Session 1 approved for 8 CME credits: Restoring Endocrine and Metabolic Function

This session will cover integrated thyroid and herbal protocols for treating Wilson’s Temperature Syndrome (WTS), Hashimoto’s, hyperthyroidism, fatigue, anxiety, depression, headaches, decreased libido, and obesity. Low body temperatures can cause devastating symptoms even in patients that are euthyroid (this is WTS). This session will explain the treatment of WTS with sustained release T3 according to the WT3 protocol and explain why T3 is usually far more effective in treating WTS than are T4 or desiccated thyroid. The use of T3 according to the WT3 protocol to treat this extremely common and often misdiagnosed syndrome is now “standard of care” medicine. Here is an abstract of a recent article that appeared on Pubmed.

This session will also cover natural medicines (WTSmed supplements) that are extremely helpful in restoring endocrine and metabolic health in many patients. Physicians with an interest in chronic fatigue syndrome, thyroid, and adrenal disease will find this session particularly interesting. It’s excellent for doctors new to the approach and as a refresher course for physicians who have taken the class before.

Attendees will also have an excellent opportunity to talk with other physicians who are treating WTS with T3 and using WTSmed supplements. It will enable you to offer patients the possibility of getting healthy and staying healthy even after they have finished treatment. Wilson’s Temperature Syndrome is common, it can often be reversed, and this conference will show you how.

Session One (level 1):
  • Learn the WT3 protocol for the treatment of Wilson’s Temperature Syndrome from Denis Wilson, MD, founder of SR T3 and the WT3 protocol.
  • Learn a new integrated system of protocols that uses a combination of T3 and herbal supplements with Michael Friedman, ND, formulator of WTSmed supplements and former professor of endocrinology.
  • Learn about integrated treatments for many common conditions including Hashimoto’s disease, hyperthyroidism, fatigue, anxiety, depression, PMS, decreased libido, headaches, poor memory and poor concentration, cold and heat intolerance, and many others.
  • Learn from practitioners such as Tedde Rinker, DO, psychiatrist and author of Anti-Aging Medical Practice for Primary Care Physicians, who also runs a successful WTS practice.
  • Update your knowledge of biochemistry and botanical medicines with a focus on WT3 and WTSmed supplements.
  • Learn about effective treatments for obesity and metabolic syndrome with innovative uses of T2, nutrients and botanicals with Alex McLellan, ND, coauthor of the book, Healing Diabetes.
  • Study the most recent research and applications that iodine can offer in endocrinology with Jorge Flechas MD, MPH, international speaker and researcher on iodine therapy for thyroid disease, women’s health, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
  • Become a Certified Member of WTS treating Physicians and receive referrals from our website, which recieves 300,000 hits per year (free trial for the rest of the year followed by a $180 annual administrative fee).
